What Should a Commercial Property Inspection Cost?
We believe in transparent and simple pricing. Yes, every property is different and the other guys might build their commercial inspection bids based on square footage, property elements, and even a percentage of the sale price. Complex pricing just leads to confusion and we prefer to keep the inspection process as simple as possible. After all, the inspection and report are complicated enough. We look to achieve a seamless and effortless scheduling and payment process by keeping simple what should be simple.
To determine pricing for any commercial inspection we take into account how long the property will take to inspect and how many inspectors will be required to complete the project in that timeline.
Our fees are very simple:
Full-Day Rate (Per Inspector) - $999
Half-Day Rate (Per Inspector) - $599
